The location near the train station was comfortable and unbeatable. I tried some drinks at pub The Plough Inn, located 5 minutes walk away. Efficient team with doorman.

I enjoyed cheap room with walk-in shower and bathroom, and attentive staff. The location was incredible - just off the beer garden outside the main entrance, the pub and shops. Went to The Plough Inn for drink or two, set not too far from the hotel.

Had a lovely stay with a super comfy double bed and fantastic bar food that really hit the spot. The beer garden was a great spot to unwind with friends, and I enjoyed my morning coffee there too. Just a heads-up, the noise from the bar could be heard a bit late at night, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. 🍻

The room was cozy and clean, with comfy sheets and extra pillows. I liked the comfortable bed. The location above the pub had its perks, but the noise from below was a bit much, especially late at night. I could hear laughter and conversations quite clearly, hard to sleep. I enjoyed the meals at the pub, especially the steak and ale pie. It was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast options were quite limited and missing items felt unfortunate. The staff were friendly, made up for some of the noise issues. The bathroom had good quality amenities, but the radiator was not working was great. A good budget stay with some improvements needed for a more restful experience.
